RAW is the BEST! The image files contain WAY more information, which allows for better color/WB correction. Also, when applying actions, JPG is compressed and doesn’t allow you to maintain the original image layer, as a RAW file does. So, what’s the consensus now??? You liking it???

I have heard of it but I haven't even ventured there…going to take my manual and my camera tomorrow while I am waiting for my babys surgery to be done.

I've never shot in RAW before but I am going to take pictures for my friend's wedding this weekend and she asked me to shoot in RAW… I don't want the pictures to turn out bad b/c I am stumbling with RAW!

I think photoshop is easier to use in RAW, but I am apprehensive about shooting in just RAW… and RAW+JPG seems like too much space and duplicates on my computer.
