1. I love these Sharpie pens. I love them so much they are the only pen I want to write with. I hate that they disappear. It makes me wish they had a shocker built in so I could shock anyone who picked it up. That sounds kind of mean, doesn’t it? Ok, maybe not a shocker, but a loud voice that would say, “Put the pen down. It does not belong to you!”
2. I love this colorful quilt I got this weekend at a yard sale. It has beautiful colors and it goes perfectly in Milo’s and Tess’s room. One can have a cowboy quilt and the other this girly paisley quilt. I hope Milo wants the cowboy one. I hate that I have 4 million (now 4 million and 1) blankets/quilts and I find it impossible to part with them. What’s wrong with me?
3. I love my ipod. Love, love it. It gets me to sleep at night, helps me stay awake during long, boring drives, and holds lots of books. However, I hate how earbuds simply do not last. I go through probably a pair a month. Frustrating!
4. I love this maxi dress. It’s my costume this week at VBS. It makes me look like an Egyptian and it’s super comfortable. But, I hate that it makes me look 4 months pregnant.
5. I love my blackberry. I love texting. I hate that half my keys no longer work due to unfortunate circumstances. What I meant to say in this text is, “Want to come over?” So, if you get a strange looking text from me, just try to imagine what it might say if it had more letters in it.
6. I hate my bangs. I want to pin them back with bobby pins every day because I can’t stand them dripping in my eyes, tickling my face and being generally annoying. But, bangs are a necessity, a trial I have to endure. I love that I have hair. I hate that it is annoying.
Do you have any love/hate relationships going on in your life?
